• Sold based on condition, configuration, and availability

Refurbished Device Disclosure

By purchasing a refurbished or open-box device, you acknowledge:

• Devices may contain non-original or replacement components (including batteries, screens, or internal parts)

• Battery health and lifespan will vary and are not guaranteed to match new devices

• Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, marks) may be present

• Packaging and accessories may be non-original

These characteristics are not defects and do not qualify for return or exchange.

3. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are subject to change without notice

• In-store pricing is final at time of purchase

• Any pricing shown online is for reference only and not binding

Due to the nature of open-box and refurbished inventory:

• Product availability is limited

• Items may vary in condition and configuration

4. Sales Policy (Alberta Compliance)

All sales are final, except where required under Alberta consumer protection laws or as outlined in our exchange/warranty policy.

Customers are responsible for:

All exchanges are subject to in-store inspection.

6. Warranty Policy

Devices not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned and subject to storage or disposal.
